Gym
Our 3000 sq ft gym has the best in the class equipment that targets every muscle group in the body. We have experienced general and personal trainers on the floor at all times.
The machines are kept clean and hygienic with hourly wipe downs and cleanliness checks. The membership is capped so there will never be any rush to use the machines.
Studio
We have a variety of recovery tools in our studio that are free to use with our membership. These are great for everyday relaxation. Some of the tools include Compression Boots, Theragun & Theracup, Foam rollers, Acupuncture mats & Yoga mats, TINS Machine and Infrared Sauna Blanket.
Our studio also has daily classes for Booty Sculpting, Stretch + Relax, Mobility, Yoga, Trampoline HIIT, and Breath work with ice bath and sauna.
Locker Room & Showers
Both our men’s and women’s locker rooms have 20 lockers. You can take your complimentary towels from the concierge desk before heading in for your workout. Our showers have aromatic shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, lotions and hair dryers. The showers have both hot and cold water.
