Lounge
Order a hot ginger lemon tea and take a rejuvenating dip in our ice bath or kick back with a soothing mint cooler and soothe your muscles in the jacuzzi. Our wonderful staff will bring you your drink anyplace in the lounge. Be sure to fill your water bottle with our complimentary lemon ice cold water before heading inside the sauna for a 15 minute intense heat session that will get your blood pumping.
Bar
Our bar has a great selection of mocktails, protein shakes, smoothies and hot teas and coffees for you to enjoy. You can relax after your workout and enjoy the ice bath, sauna, and the jacuzzi while sipping on your drink of choice!
Friday Movie Nights
Every Friday at 8pm enjoy a movie on our big screen with free popcorn for everyone. Tired of drinking alcohol at these over crowded bars? Why not sit in the jacuzzi with your friends and drink a healthy mocktail instead?
Members will get to vote and choose the movies. Genres will rotate between Bollywood, Hollywood, Classics, Thrillers etc.
